What is Nordjobb?
Nordjobb is a Nordic exchange programme, that arranges summer jobs for young people in the Nordic countries. Nordjobb also helps you find somewhere to stay and offers an interesting recreation programme.
Nordjobb offers mainly traditional summer jobs on farms, in hotels or youth hostels, service, factory or warehouse work, as well as jobs in nursing homes and truck driver jobs.
Who can apply?
To be eligible to apply you must meet the following requirements:
- You are a citizen of a EU country or a Nordic country
- You have adequate knowledge in a Scandinavian language
- You are between 18 and 28 years of age

Please note that your application must be written in Swedish, Danish or Norwegian. We do not accept applications in English, Finnish or Icelandic.
What is the aim?
Nordjobb is working to increase mobility between the Nordic countries and to increase knowledge about language and culture in the Nordic region. The programme was first initiated in 1985, and has since provided summer jobs for more than 20.000 young people.
Our main financiers are the Nordic Council of Ministers, the Nordic governments and the Norden associations. Nordjobb is a nonprofit project, and free of charge.
